Being previously sceptical about mindfulness I have found the one to one sessions to be very effective. Particularly noticeable has been the increased focus and concentration that I now have during my day to day work. Complex tasks and stressful periods at work I find are now much easier to manage. Other benefits I have seen are improved sleep and a generally more positive outlook in all aspects of life. Many thanks to Penny for her expert assistance and continued support.
