Giving ourselves permission is something that we need to think about.
We need to be able to give ourselves permission to
- complete one thing at a time
- take a break
- focus on the most important task rather than easily completed tasks
- to do what is good for us
It is worth taking a moment to ask yourself whether you are able to give yourself permission to do what you need to do when you need to do it.
